Biography
Sulaiman Khan is a 20-year-old Green Party candidate running to represent a new generation in federal politics—one that is bold, unapologetic, and ready to demand better. Born and raised in Mississauga, Sulaiman has witnessed firsthand the deepening crises in housing, public safety, social inequality, and youth unemployment. Rather than wait on the sidelines, he’s stepping up to be part of the solution.
Currently a student of economics with a strong focus on environmental and social justice, Sulaiman has been actively involved in youth-led climate initiatives and community outreach. From organizing local clean-up drives and supporting food security efforts, to volunteering with mental health and youth empowerment programs, his grassroots involvement has shaped a people-first political vision. He firmly believes that every voice—especially those of young people—has the power to make a lasting impact.
If elected, Sulaiman’s priorities include climate justice, affordable housing, mental health support, and real investment in youth and education. He also stands firmly for international human rights and is proudly raising his voice for Palestine—an issue too often ignored in mainstream politics.
Sulaiman brings fresh energy, integrity, and a deep commitment to transparency and compassion in governance. He is running not to play politics, but to deliver lasting, community-centered change.
